We're down to 10 days! I can't believe today is the last day of April. The next week will be full of preparations and going over and over the packing list.
So...how do you get 35 days worth of clothes and toiletries into one 44 lb suitcase? Very carefully. I've done it before, but it doesn't stop you from wondering how exactly everything is going to fit. We will be responsible for carrying our luggage everywhere, so the lighter the better. Hotel elevators are normally very small and slow in Europe. When a busload of 50 people shows up, carrying your suitcase up the stairwell is a much easier way of getting to your room in a timely fashion.
